Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Efektivitas Aplikasi SIMAK BMN Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Laporan Pengguna Barang Pada Kantor Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Talang Duku. Pengumpulan data dilakukan observasi dan kuisioner.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa SIMAK BMN sangat efektif diterapkan dalam pengelolaan Barang Milik Negara di Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Talang Duku Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui langkah Pencapaian tujuan dari penerapan SIMAK BMN. Dilihat dari segi

efisiensi dan efektivitas penerapan SIMAK BMN dalam pengelolaan barang milik

negara/aset di Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Talang Duku sudah dilakukan dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan Penatausahaan yang Tertib administrasi dan Terwujudnya Opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) di Kesyahbandaran dan Otoritas Pelabuhan Talang Duku.

Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1 ) BIUS < -- ATU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai koefisien 0,9 (2) PEOU < -- ATU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai koefisien 0,8. (3) BIUS < -- SN berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai koefisien 0,7. (4) behavior BIUS < -- PBC berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai koefisien 0,9 (5) BIUS < -- ATU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai koefisien 1,0. (6) BIUS < -- PU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai koefisien 1,0 (7) BIUS < -- PEOU berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai probability 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai koefisien 0.9
