Penelitian pada pusat kebugaran First Gym jambi dilakukan untuk menganalisa sistem informasi yang ada, agar dapat mengatasi masalah – masalah yang di hadapi pada pusat kebugaran tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya beberapa kelemahan dari sistem pada pusat kebugaran First Gym Jambi, yaitu dalam pencatatan data member masih di lakukan secara manual yang memerlukan banyak tempat untuk menyimpan berkas – berkas yang berhubungan dengan data – data member. Berdasarkan analisis penulis maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa perlu adanya perbaikan dari sistem yang sedang di gunakan sekarang. Untuk itu penulis berusaha membuat suatu rancangan sistem informasi untuk perancangan data kepegawaian pada Pusat Kebugaran First Gym

Research on the Fitness First Gym Center jambi performed to analyse the existing information systems, in order to resolve problems – problems in the confront at the gym. Research results showed the presence of some of the weaknesses of the system on the First Fitness Center Gym of Jambi, namely in the recording of the data member still in manually do that require a lot of places to store files – files that relate to the data member. Based on the author's analysis then can be conclude that the need for improvement of the systems that are in use now. For that the author is trying to make a design of the information system for the design of the staffing data at First Fitness Center Gym.
