Sistem pembelajaran yang murni konvensional di SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo tidak mencukupi kebutuhan belajar siswa karena faktor jarak yang jauh dan waktu belajar teori yang tidak sepadan dengan jumlah materi yang ada. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut peneliti merancang sistem e-learning berbasis web yang menyediakan informasi seperti materi tambahan, soal latihan, modul yang bisa di download, dan nilai yang diperoleh siswa. Peneliti juga melakukan wawancara untuk mengetahui tanggapan peserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan terhadap penerapan sistem e-learning berbasis web dalam proses pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo.. Metode perancangan e-learning tersebut mengacu pada standar LTSA sehingga tercipta suatu aplikasi e-learning yang dapat diterapkan di SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo. Metode perancangan meliputi perancangan basis data, pembuatan DFD, dan perancangan layar. Hasil yang dicapai adalah tersedianya suatu aplikasi sistem e-learning yang dapat mendukung proses belajar-mengajar di SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo. Simpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah tercipta e-learning berbasis web yang dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo. Selanjutnya, penerapan e-learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran memperoleh tanggapan baik (postif) dari peserta didik, tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo.
Description Alternative :Purely conventional learning system in SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo is not sufficient for students need because of the distance and the time to learn the theory that is not commensurate with the amount of existing material. To meet the needs, the researcher designed a system of web-based e-learning that provides additional information such as material, practice questions, a module that can be downloaded, and the result obtained by the students. Researchers also conducted interviews to determine the response of learners, educators and the educational employees about the application of the system of web-based e-learning in the learning process at SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo .. Method of designing e-learning refers to the LTSA standards so as to create an e-learning application that can be applied in SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo. Design method includes database design, manufacture DFD, and designing screens. The result achieved is the availability of an application of e-learning systems that can support teaching and learning process in SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo. The conclusions that can be drawn is created web-based e-learning that can be used as one of the supporting learning activities in SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo. Furthermore, the application of e-learning in the learning activities to obtain a positive response of the learners, educators and educational employees of SMK Negeri 1 Kabupaten Tebo.
