Penerapan Data Mining untuk menentukan tingkat prediksi kelulusan mahasiswa digunakan untuk menentukan tingkat kelulusan mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi pada STIKOM DB Jambi. Prediksi tersebut nantinya digunakan sebagai sumber informasi untuk menghasilkan sebuah keputusan. Namun dari data sebelumnya jumlah lulusan yang dapat dihasilkan per-periode tidak sebanding dengan jumlah mahasiswa pendaftar setiap tahunya. Fakta dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata mahasiswa Sistem Informasi - S1 tidak lulus sesuai dengan waktu yang diharapkan. Untuk itu dengan penerapan algoritma C5.0 diharapkan dapat mengetahui prediksi lama masa studi masing-masing Mahasiswa Sistem Informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data mahasiswa STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi tahun 2011-2013 dengan jumlah data yang digunakan dan 488 mempunyai 7 atribut. Dari perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, maka diperoleh nilai akurasi untuk hitungan manual tools Excel sebesar 64,139%, tools Weka sebesar 68.4426%, tools Rapid Miner sebesar 64.97%. Dari hasil akurasi tersebut bahwa mahasiwa yang lulus dengan kategori cepat adalah perempuan.
Description Alternative :The application of Data Mining to determine students ' graduation rate prediction is used to determine the rate of graduation of the student information system study Program at STIKOM DB Jambi. The prediction was later used as a source of information for making a decision. But previous data of the number of graduates who can be generated per-period is not proportional to the number of Student applicants each year. The facts of the situation shows that the average student information systems-S1 did not pass the time expected. To it by the application of the algorithm C 5.0 are expected to know the predictions of a long period of study of each Student information systems. This research uses data student STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi 2011-2013 with the number of years of data used and 488 have 7 attributes. From the calculations that have been done, then the retrieved value accuracy for manual count Excel tools of 64.139%, 68.4426% of Weka tools, tools Rapid Miner of 64.97%. The accuracy of the results that students who graduate with a quick category are women.
