Klinik Fasa merupakan salah satu klinik yang berlokasi di daerah Jambi dimana pengolahan informasi dari rekam medis masih menggunakan cara manual. Sehingga terjadi permasalahan yaitu sulitnya untuk pencarian dan penyimpanan data rekam medis pasien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan solusi untuk permasalahan yang terjadi dengan menawarkan sistem rekam medis yang akan dirancang menggunakan kartu RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) agar klinik tersebut tidak sulit lagi mencari dan mencatat kedalam buku. Penulis menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian terhadap sistem, yaitu dengan metode penelitian lapangan dan penelitian pustaka. Tujuannya adalah untuk memperbaiki sistem yang ada dan proses rekam medis, obat dan mengantri lebih efektif dan efisen, maka penulis merancang sebuah sistem rekam medis berbasis RFID agar dapat lebih mudah digunakan pada klinik Fasa dan membuat pasien pada saat berobat mendapatkan penanganan yang lebih tepat lagi.
Deskripsi Alternatif :Clinical phase is one of the clinics located in Jambi region where the processing of information from medical records still use manual. So that there is a problem that is difficult to search and storage of medical records of patients. Therefore, this study provides a solution to the problems that occur with offering medical record system that will be designed to use a card to the clinic is not difficult to find and record into a book. The author uses several methods of research on the system, ie with the methods of field research and library research. The aim is to improve the existing system and process medical records, drug and queuing more effective and efisen, the authors designed a medical records system based on RFID to be more easily used in clinical phase and make the patient at the time of treatment get treatment more precisely
