Skripsi ini merupakan hasil penelitian secara langsung tentang pengolahan data inventaris negara pada Kantor Balai Sertifikasi Penguji Hasil Hutan Wilayah IV Jambi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meneliti dan membuat program aplikasi sistem informasi barang milik negara khusus untuk mengolah data barang inventaris barang milik negara.
Barang Milik Negara (BMN) adalah semua barang yang dibeli atau diperoleh atas beban APBN atau berasal dari perolehan lainnya yang sah. BMN meliputi unsur-unsur aset tetap dan persediaan yang digunakan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional pemerintah dalam rangka pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, kepustakaan dan laboratorium. Alasan utama penulis menggunakan beberapa metode penelitian tersebut adalah agar mendapatkan data sumber sehingga mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang timbul dalam pengolahan dan pelaporan data barang milik negara yang nantinya berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan.
Selanjutnya peneliti memberikan saran-saran yang bersifat konstruktif dan edukatif sebagai bahan masukan bagi pegawai dalam menjalankan tugasnya sehingga hasil kerjanya mancapai daya guna dan hasil guna yang optimal.
This Skripsi represent result of research directly about data processing of state inventories at Office of Hall certificate Tester Forest Result Of Regional IV Jambi. Intention of this research is check and make the application program information system special the state owned goods to process of data the state owned goods inventory.
The state owned goods ( BMN) is all goods bought or obtained by burden APBN or come from valid other acquirement. BMN cover the asset elements remain to and supply used to support the governmental operational activity in order to service society.
Research method of performed within this writing is interview, documentation, bibliography and laboratory. Especial reason of writer use some the research method is to be getting source data so that able to finish the problems of arising out in processing and reporting of data the state owned goods which later have an effect on to decision making.
The last researcher give the suggestion having the character of constructive and edukatif upon which input for officer in running its duty so that result of its job gets of useful power and optimal effectiveness.
