Perkembangan teknologi sanggatlah mempengaruhi ke segala aspek, salah satunya di bidang pembangunan. di setiap kota-kota besar dapat dikatakan menjadi sasaran untuk pengembangan pembangunan tempat usaha seperti perumahan-perumahan. Dalam rangka untuk menunjang pembangunan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah bagi masyarakat di provinsi Jambi banyak sekali perusahaan di bidang properti yang berlomba-lomba untuk membangun sekaligus memenuhi kebutuhan rumah siap tinggal bagi masyarakat di daerah Jambi. Oleh karna itu dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi penyedia informasi Sistem Informasi geografis mengenai letak posisi dari lokasi perumahan-perumahan yang telah dibangun oleh pengembang atau perusahaan tersebut khususnya di aplikasi ini terdapat detail dari perumahan Villa Sukarejo.
