This research was conducted to determine the relationship betwen financial structure tothe liquidity of share of LQ-45. The independent variables in this study is the debt to


equity while the dependent variable was the frequency of trading stock.The results showed that the frequency of trading in shares of companies incorporated in the LQ-45


index was not influenced by the level of debt to equity, this is because firms, companies incorporated in LQ 45 index has characteristics different industries and also the level of leverage companies incorporated in the LQ-45 index was still within reasonable limits.Investors prefer the company's growth, with the expectation of return in the future will be higher.
