The purpose of this research is to know the level of influence the implementation of the programme of education and training of CIVIL SERVANTS work productivity, a study on The Cooperative and SMEs in Jakarta. Based on the results of data processing, the unknown elements of the implementation of the programme of education and training

must be noticed and fixed are as follows: training materials, Non-Formal Education, Training, hospitality Training, Instructors, Variations, Training Methods and Manual training. While elements of the implementation of educational programs and training that should be preserved, is as follows: Formal education, Skills instructors, Instructor Capabilities, Training Infrastructure, Training, evaluation of the Training Curriculum. The implementation of the programme of education and training affect the productivity of

CIVIL SERVANTS and influence the implementation of the training program is more dominant, it is so because the implementation of the training programme is conducted

more often and more applicative although still theoretical work of CIVIL SERVANTS was impressed. Therefore a program of education and the right training will give effect to the

increased productivity of employees.
