Sejak kemunculannya pertama kali pada pertengahan tahun 1980-an, virus komputer telah mengundang berbagai kontroversi yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi sistem komputer, virus komputer pun menemukan cara-cara baru untuk menyebarkan diri melalui berbagai media komunikasi yang ada. Maka dari itulah penulis tertarik untuk membuat rancangan sistem informasi yang dapat menggambarkan dan memberi informasi tentang bentuk dan ciriciri dari virus komputer dengan menggunakan aplikasi Macromedia Flash 8. Dengan demikian kita dapat mengetahui dan menyadari dengan cepat jika komputer kita terserang virus, karena pada dasarnya semua virus komputer memiliki tujuan yang sama serta sasaran yang utama. Sehingga kita dapat melakukan suatu tindakan yang tepat untuk mengatasi gangguan pada komputer kita yang berkaitan dengan virus komputer.
