Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas Laporan Keuangan pemerintah daerah menuju terwujudnya good governance, Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) mengembangkan aplikasi SIMDA Keuangan yang diterapkan diseluruh instansi di wilayah Indonesia, salah satunya di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Provinsi Jambi. Sejauh ini belum pernah dilakukan analisis terhadap SIMDA Keuangan terutama dalam aspek Human Computer Interaction, terutama untuk aspek usability. Kriteria usability yang digunakan ialah usability Jacob Nielsen yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction. Lima kriteria usability tersebut digunakan sebagai standar untuk menganalisa sejauh mana konsep HCI sudah diterapkan dalam sistem, sehingga dapat diketahui apa saja yang menjadi kelemahan sistem dan dengan demikian dapat dilakukan perbaikan terhadap sistem. Kegiatan pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara, dengan menggunakan instrumen pendukung berupa lembar penugasan dan form wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis dan evaluasi usability ini berupa presentase nilai yang menggunakan perhitungan arikunto. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi usability juga akan direkomendasikan perbaikan-perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan nilai usability sistem.
Deskripsi Alternatif :In order to improve the quality of local government financial reports towards the realization of good governance, the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) developed the SIMDA Finance application that was implemented throughout agencies in the Indonesian region, one of which was in the Jambi Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). So far there has never been an analysis of SIMDA Finance, especially in the Human Computer Interaction aspect, especially for usability aspects. The usability criteria used are Jacob Nielsen's usability, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The five usability criteria are used as a standard to analyze the extent to which the HCI concept has been applied in the system, so that it can be known what is the weakness of the system and thus can be made improvements to the system. The research data collection activities are carried out by observation and interview methods, using supporting instruments in the form of assignment sheets and interview forms. The results obtained from usability analysis and evaluation are in the form of percentage values using arikunto calculations. Based on the results of usability evaluation, the improvements needed to increase the usability value of the system will also be recommended
