ANALYSIS OF USER BEHAVIOR WEBSITE SINTA RISTEKDIKTI IN SUPPORTING SCIENTIFIC PUBLICATIONS WITH THE THEORY OF MODEL ACCEPTANCE TECHNOLOGY (TAM)

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada yaitu bagaimana perilaku pengguna terhadap penerimaan website SINTA RISTEKDIKTI sehingga publikasi karya ilmih di website tersebut tidak sebanding dengan banyaknya peneliti, dosen dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan dalam rangka mengetahui dimensi yang mempengaruhi dan memahami keterkaitan antar setiap dimensi berdasarkan model yang di kembangkan dengan lima buah hipotesis yang menggunakan metode technology acceptance model (TAM). Model dan hipotesis diuji dan divalidasi menggunakan data yang diperoleh dari sebuah survei yang dilaksanakan secara online dan offline. Penyebaran kuesioner secara online dilakukan melalui aplikasi media sosial dan diperoleh 75 partisipan. Sedangkan penyebaran kuesioner secara offline diperoleh 6 partisipan, sehingga total responden yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 81 partisipan dan data kuesioner dinyatakan valid. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan memanfaatkan perangkat lunak Smart PLS V 2.0. Hasil pengolahan data mengidentifikasikan bahwa variabel “Perceived ease of use” mempengaruhi perilaku pengguna dalam menggunakan atau memanfaatkan website SINTA RISTEKDIKTI, penelitian juga menemukan hubungan antara variabel “complexity of use” terhadap variabel “perceived ease of use”. Namun penelitian ini tidak menemukan hubungan yang signifikan baik itu variabel “complexity of use” dengan “perceived usefulness of use” maupun variabel “perceived usefulness of use” terhadap perilaku pengguna website SINTA RISTEKDIKTI.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

This research was conducted to solve the existing problems, namely how the user's behavior towards the acceptance of the SINTA RISTEKDIKTI website so that the publication of scientific works on the website is not comparable to the number of researchers, lecturers and students. This research is important in order to know the dimensions that influence and understand the relationship between each dimension based on the model developed with five hypotheses using the technology acceptance model (TAM) method.. Models and hypotheses were tested and validated using data obtained from a survey conducted online and offline. Distribution of online questionnaires was carried out through social media applications and was obtained by 75 participants. While the offline questionnaire was obtained by 6 participants, so the total respondents obtained in this study were 81 participants and the questionnaire data was declared valid. The data obtained were analyzed using SEM-PLS by utilizing Smart PLS V 2.0 software. The results of data processing identify that the variable "Perceived ease of use" affects user behavior in using or utilizing the SINTA RISTEKDIKTI website, the study also found a relationship between the "complexity of use" variable on the variable "perceived ease of use". However, this study did not find a significant relationship, either the "complexity of use" variable with "perceived usefulness of use" or the "perceived usefulness of use" variable on the behavior of website users SINTA RISTEKDIKTI.
