Dalam perkembangan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan, terutama dalam bidang teknologi mikrokontroler begitu banyak hal baru yang di dapat mempermudah dan memberi manfaat positif dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan kita. Salah satunya dapat di manfaatkan sebagai sistim keamanan.
Sistem deteksi level air merupakan salah satu contoh sistem pengendalian yang menggunakan mikrokontroler. Dalam perancangan dan implementasinya, masalah masalah yang di rumuskan adalah bagaimana cara pengontrolan menara air, sistim ini terdiri dari sensor air yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi air yang ada didalam bak penampungan air. Sebagai output yang di hasilkan dari proses program assembly ke mikrokontroler, pengontrolan rangkaian ini menggunakan mikrokontroler AT89S52 yang telah di program untuk mengendalikan perancangan alat yang dibuat. Pada aplikasi ini program yang di gunakan adalah program assembler dengan program yang di buat akan di download mikrokontroler dan program ini lah yang menjalankan hardware.

Water tower systems is one example of a control system using microcontroller. In the design and implementation, the problems are formulated how to control the water tower, sensors or any device used to control water at the water tower. This system consists of a functioning water sensor to detect the existing water reservoirs in the water. As the output of the assembly program to the microcontroller, the control circuit at have AT89S52 microcontroller programmed to control the design toll made. In this aplication is a program used by the assembler program to be made program will be downloade to microcontroller and the program is running on hardware.
