Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu dan teknologi harus diakui masih terbatasnya kualitas sarana dan prasarana di Indonesia ditambah lagi kondisi demografis Indonesia yang merupakan kendala dalam proses pemerataan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian pada SMA Negeri 1 Batanghari dilakukan untuk menganalisis sistem penerimaan siswa baru yang meliputi pengumuman informasi pendaftaran, proses pendafataran, hingga pengolahan data pendaftar oleh panitia PSB yang masih menggunakan sistem yang konvensional. Agar mempermudah calon siswa pendaftar untuk memperoleh informasi tentang pendaftaran, registrasi siswa yang dilakukan secara online, hingga pengumuman hasil seleksi yang di umumkan melalui website, dengan tahap identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, dan pengembangan sistem maka sistem penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web ini dapat mempermudah pihak panitia PSB dalam melakukan pengolahan data siswa yang telah mendaftar pada SMA Negeri 1 Batanghari

Deskripsi Alternatif :

As time goes by and technology should be recognized still limited quality of infrastructure in Indonesia plus demographic condition of Indonesia which is an obstacle in the process of equitable distribution of educational quality. Research on SMA Negeri 1 Batang conducted to analyze the new admissions system that includes registration information announcements, signup process, until the registrant data processing by the committee PSB who still use the conventional system. In order to facilitate the prospective student applicants to obtain information about registration, registration of students conducted online, until the announcement of the selection results are announced through the website, with the phase problem identification, literature review, data collection, analysis systems, and the development of systems, the new admissions system this web-based to facilitate the committee PSB in data processing students who have signed up at SMA Negeri 1 Batanghari.
