Peningkatan kebutuhan masyarakat akan perumahan kian hari kian bertambah, hal ini mengakibatkan persaingan antar pengusaha perumahan. Untuk menghadapi persaingan tersebut, perusahaan dituntut untuk lebih kreatif dalam pengembangan perancangan pembangunan dan lebih gencar dalam mengadakan promosi yang up to date mengenai perumahan yang dipasarkan. Maka dari itu penulis tertarik membuat suatu visualisasi melalui sarana elektronik yang menggunakan komputerisasi sehingga memberikan kemudahan bagi para konsumen untuk memperoleh informasi perumahan yang ditawarkan, karena dengan komputerisasi ini konsumen dapat melihat secara jelas tampilan perumahan yang dipasarkan. Untuk itu penulis mengangkat judul e-Visualisasi Perumahan Citra Beringin Regency.
