Eleven Komputer merupakan salah satu toko komputer terbesar di Jambi yang menyediakan segala bentuk peralatan komputer sesuai keinginan pelanggan baik melalui toko itu sendiri ataupun website. Dikarenakan penjualan disana masih mengadopsi sistem manual sehingga saat toko memiliki pelanggan yang banyak dan mengantri, admin toko akan kewalahan melayani pelanggan satu persatu dan pelanggan juga membutuhkan waktu lama untuk menentukan spesifikasi laptop yang sesuai keinginan mereka.Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dirancang sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman C# dan database Microsoft Access menggunakan metode Topsis dan pendekatan model sistem unified modelling language menggunakan usecase diagram, activity diagram, class diagram. Sehingga aplikasi dapat digunakan oleh admin toko untuk memberikan rekomendasi spesifikasi laptop yang tepat untuk pelanggan, dengan cara ini dapat mempermudah penjual, pelanggan dan tentunya proses penjualan di Eleven Komputer Jambi

Deskripsi Alternatif :

Eleven Computers is one of the largest computer stores in Jambi that provides all forms of computer equipment according to customer wishes either through the store itself or the website. Because sales there still adopt a manual system so that when the store has many customers and queuing, the shop admin will be overwhelmed by serving customers one by one and customers also need a long time to determine the specifications of the laptop according to their wishes. Therefore, based on the problems that occur, then designed a decision support system using C# programming language and Microsoft Access database using the Topsis method and a unified modeling language system approach using usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams. So that the application can be used by the shop admin to provide recommendations for laptop specifications that are right for the customer, in this way can facilitate the seller, customer and of course the sales process at Eleven Computer Jambi.
