UDD PMI Kota Jambi merupakan tempat masyarakat Kota Jambi untuk melakukan donor darah. Dimana proses pendaftaran dan pencatatan calon pendonor baru dan rutin masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu menuliskan data pendonor di buku dan pendonor diberikan kartu donor. Sehingga terjadi permasalahan yaitu pendonor sering kali menghilangkan kartu donor tersebut. Dan UDD PMI Kota Jambi kesulitan untuk memberi tahu pendonor rutin agar mendonorkan darahnya setelah minimal 8 minggu atau 2 bulan sejak donor darah sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem berbasis Android untuk membantu permasalahan tersebut. Penulis melakukan desain program yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya kedalam Android Studio dan basis data MySql. Penelitian ini memiliki tahapan yaitu identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, pengumpulan data, pengembangan sistem dan pembuatan hasil laporan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dapat membatu memudahkan UDD PMI Kota Jambi.
Deskripsi Alternatif :UDD PMI Jambi City is a place for the people of Jambi City to donate blood. Where the registration process and recording of new and routine donor candidates still use the manual method of writing donor data in books and donors are given a donor card. So there is a problem that donors often remove the donor card. And UDD PMI Jambi City had difficulty telling routine donors to donate their blood after a minimum of 8 weeks or 2 months after the previous blood donation. This study aims to design an Android-based system to help these problems. The author designs programs that have been done previously into Android Studio and MySql databases. This research has stages, namely problem identification, literature study, data collection, system development and report making. The results of this study are a system that can help facilitate UDD PMI Jambi City.
