The purpose of the research is to know importance and studentsÂ’ satisfaction toward lectures in STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa Jambi, which indicators give studentsÂ’ satisfaction, implication the research is used to improve the StudentsÂ’ satisfaction to the students in future, the respondents chosen used the method of random, stratified random sampling method, the analysis method is importance perfomance analysis. The results confirm 5 indicators / attributes are satisfied, 2 indicators are not satisfied, 1 indicator is not important, but is done enough by STIKOM management, 3 indicators are not important, but are well done by STIKOM management.
