In facing the competitive market structure, Private University is forced to compete in order to get a number of students and to preserve them until the graduation, continue their study to the higher level and tell the positive word of mouth as the persuasion to the others. The purpose of this research is to analyze : the effect of student satisfaction, commitment and trust on student loyanty.The source of the data are secondary data taken from Ministry of National Education (Kemdiknas), Kopertis region III and the primary data are taken from survey to the Private Universities students in Jakarta, with number of sample = 106, analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling ( SEM) PLS 2.0.The findings of this research are: four hypothesis are taking positive effect and significant.
