Community service activities carried out by a team from the University of Dinamika Bangsa Jambi

which was carried out at the end of June June 2020, took place at the location of the object namely

Imam & rahayu Advertising and Konveksi in Jambi City. This activity has provided training and

assistance in transforming the creative industry to an internet marketing based industry 4.0 model by

applying the concept of effective human resource management, and good financial management. Training activities and assistance in the use of online stores is one of the strategies to create new

business concepts to reach a broader market, so it is hoped that with this activity the Convection

MSMEs can continue to develop rapidly into productive economic ventures and also this internet

marketing strategy can be developed and applied to other MSME efforts by studying systems that have

been successful before. The participants were given a fairly dense material during the implementation

of the 3-day training, namely material for human resource management, financial statement analysis, technical guidance on the use of social media for marketing and creating & managing online stores. The output generated from this activity is the creation of a system in the form of an online store

website. Training in managing the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow for partners, training

and assistance in managing online stores as well as conducting good management in monitoring the

stock of data related to handicraft products for convection
