ANALISIS PENERAPAN IT GOVERNANCE MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5.0 PADA PENGOLAHAN DATA AKADEMIK DI STIKES HARAPAN IBU JAMBI

Aktivitas utama pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES) Harapan Ibu Jambi berada pada layanana akademik. Secara khusus evaluasi terhadap Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA) belum pernah dilakukan, melainkan hanya dilakukan jika ada mahasiswa yang melakukan penelitian terhadap unit kerja tersebut dan jika ada keluhan dari unit kerja tersebut mengenai layanan Teknologi Informasi (TI). Evaluasi atau audit SIA pada STIKES Harapan Ibu menggunakan framework COBIT 5 fokus domain EDM (Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor). Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan dan diolah dengan 3 tahapan perhitungan berdasarkan Skala Gutman yaitu menghitung rekapitulasi jawaban responden dan normalisasi responden, menghitung data domain capability level, dan menghitung capability level keseluruhan saat ini. Hasil penelitian berupa tingkat kapabilitas saat ini (current capability level) dengan nilai 1.72 yang berarti berada pada level 2 managed process artinya proses-proses terkait TI pada SIA STIKES Harapan Ibu telah dilakukan, dicapai, dan dikelola dengan baik. Sedangkan tingkat kapabilitas yang diharapkan (expected capability level) berada pada level 3 established process artinya proses-proses terkait TI pada SIA STIKES Harapan Ibu yang telah terkelola dengan baik, harus distandarkan misalnya seperti dalam bentuk Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang kemudian diberlakukan di seluruh lingkup organisasi.

Deskripsi Alternatif :

The main activity at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES) Harapan Ibu Jambi is in academic services. In particular the evaluation of the Academic Information System (AIS) has never been done, but only if there are students who conduct research on the work unit and if there are complaints from the work unit regarding Information Technology (IT) services. SIA Evaluation or audit at STIKES Hope you use the COBIT 5 focus framework on the EDM domain (Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor). The purpose of the study is to find out the current level of capability in the SIA STIKES Mother's Hope, in order to know where to start in making improvements. The 3 stages of analysis are carried out in the study based on COBIT 5, namely determining the level of capability as expected and expected, conducting gap analysis, and recommending improvements. Methods of collecting data with interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Questionnaires were developed based on the COBIT 5 EDM practice domain, aimed at the top management of STIKES Harapan Ibu, and processed with 3 calculation stages based on Skalla Gutman namely calculating respondents' recapitulation and normalizing respondents, calculating capability capability level data, and calculating the current overall capability level . The research results are in the form of current capability level with a value of 1.72, which means that it is at level 2 managed process meaning IT related processes in SIA STIKES Mother's expectations have been carried out, achieved, and managed well. Whereas the expected capability level is at level 3 established process meaning that IT related processes in SIA STIKES The expectation of mothers who have been well managed must be standardized, for example, in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) which are then applied throughout scope of the organization.
