CV. Nicotama Tehnik Abadi merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengadaan barang dan jasa serta pengerjaan pengecatan alat-alat baja atau besi. Dimana pengerjaannya dikhususkan bagi proyek perusahaan. Selama ini perusahaan dalam mempromosikan produknya melalui mulut ke mulut, informasi tersebar melalui via koneksi antar rekan kerja yang pernah bekerja sama dengan CV. Nicotama Tehnik Abadi dengan rekan kerja lain pada perusahaan tertentu. Hal ini menyebabkan CV. Nicotama Tehnik Abadi kesulitan dalam menyebarkan informasi mengenai gambaran perusahaan serta produk yang dimiliki terhadap instansi atau perusahaan lain yang membutuhkan dan berkeinginan untuk mengajak bekerja sama. Begitu juga dalam penyewaan alat berat, sistem penyewaan yang berjalan selama ini melalui via telepon atau fax sehingga dirasa kurang dalam pemberitahuan informasi mengenai ketersediaan dan spesifikasi alat berat secara terperinci untuk dilihat secara langsung bagi pihak yang akan melakukan penyewaan. Guna memperoleh informasi dan data yang akurat, penulis melakukan penelitian secara lapangan yaitu penulis terjun secara langsung ke lapangan untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap sistem. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan perusahaan perlu mengadakan pengembangan sistem yang baru dengan menggunakan aplikasi Adobe Dreamweaver Cs5 agar informasi yang disajikan lebih efektif dan efisien.
