Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi akademik berbasis web pada SMA Pertiwi kota Jambi. Untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan penelitian ini diperlukan suatu susunan kerangka kerja yang jalas tahap-tahapnya. Kerangka kerja penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah Identifikasi masalah, Studi literatur, Pengumpulan data, Pengembangan sistem, Pembuatan laporan. Adapun keluaran yang akan dihasilkan dari pembuatan sistem ini adalah sistem informasi akademik berbasis web. Yang nantinya akan dapat mempermudah sekolah untuk memberikan informasi seputar sekolah dan membantu siswa siswi dalam memperoleh informasi mengenai nilai serta absen kehadiran dan informasi lain nya pada SMA Pertiwi Kota Jambi. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan sistem operasi web, sedangkan basisdata yang digunakan adalah MySQL.
Deskripsi Alternatif :The purpose of this study was to design information Systems website based on academic SMA Pertiwi Jambi City. To facilitate the implementation of this study required a framework arrangement clear the stages. This research framework used is the identification of problems, study of literature, data collection, development system, preparing reports, The output that would result from the development of this system is website-based academic information Systems. Which will be able to facilitate the school to provide information about the school and assist students in obtaining information regarding the value and the absence of his presence and other information on SMA Pertiwi Jambi City. In the development of this information Systems using the website, operating system, while the database used is MySQL.
